I am writing this correspondence to express my personal appreciation to Chris and Keith for their unmatched professional skills and work ethic.
I don’t know another individual except for Chris, who would give up a pre-scheduled family vacation, just to support smooth and timely completion of this enormous project. And I don’t know of any other FA foreman but Keith; who literally lives at the job site just to make sure all his customers are taken care of.
It is my pleasure and privilege to work with both of them on a daily basis. I wish everyone on this project was as dedicated and responsible as Chris and Keith.

Firecom has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are professional, caring, communicative, and hard working.

Charlie worked closely with Anand, Kenny and the Firecom team to resolve serious issues at 200 Rector Place, including FDNY violations, malfunctioning devices, and incorrect wiring. Firecom was asked to see what it could do to assist. To date 95% of the issues have been rectified. Firecom repaired their panels, traced out wires, run new wires and conduit, installed multiple new duct detectors, repaired their strap key system, and tested most of the building. This allowed them to re-open their main gym/common areas with minimal delay.
